Service Provision and Limitations

These Terms of Service govern the use of SpiritMWealth.pro and any services provided by SpiritMWealth. By accessing or using our platform you accept these terms in full. SpiritMWealth provides educational programs, coaching and digital resources focused on spiritual approaches to business wellbeing. Use of the site and services requires compliance with applicable laws in Malaysia and with these terms. Payment: Payment is required at the time of purchase through the payment methods accepted on the site. SpiritMWealth uses secure third-party payment processors to handle transactions. By providing payment information you authorize the provider to charge the specified amounts.

Subscriptions: For recurring subscription services, you authorize SpiritMWealth to charge your selected payment method at the stated interval until you cancel. Subscription details, billing frequency and cancellation instructions are displayed during sign-up.

Refunds: Refund eligibility varies by product. For most digital courses and scheduled workshops, requests for refunds must follow the program-specific refund policy displayed at purchase. Price Changes: SpiritMWealth may change prices for services; price changes do not affect contracts already accepted unless explicitly stated. New pricing will apply to future purchases after a change is published.

Non-Payment: Failure to pay for services may result in suspension or termination of access to paid materials. SpiritMWealth reserves the right to withhold delivery of services until payment is received and to pursue collection of outstanding amounts.
